I’m well aware I sound like a little girl when I say that, but it’s true!
I can’t imagine anything more fulfilling than taking part in love stories and having people tell me about the things they enjoy and value all day!
By sharing my knowledge and expertise gained from producing thousands of events worldwide, I help couples plan their weddings with ease!
Over the years, I have come to learn quite a lot about relationships and marriages, and what some of the secrets to succeeding with them are. Because, just like a wedding, also a relationship needs to be looked at as a project. You can’t go blindfolded thinking it will all work out for the best, you have got to set a goal, make a plan and invest in it. Together!
There is no denying it’s hard work with both weddings and marriages, but I can assure you it’s always worth it in the end!
My job requires a great sense of strategic thinking, creativity and emotional intelligence, and I certainly have my Project Management skills, Psychology course and Diploma in Wedding Planning & Event Design to thank for my success in this industry!
In a world that sometimes feels chaotic and uncertain, it’s fantastic to see how strong love is! It truly conquers everything and I couldn’t be prouder to do what I do!

THE STORY BEHIND WAHLMAN WEDDINGS
Wahlman Weddings was founded in 2018 by wedding planner Karolina Wahlman who wanted to offer couples mindful planning and create celebrations fully focused on their personalities, stories and wishes, allowing them to start their marriages in the best way possible!
Over the years we have planned and produced weddings worldwide and we continue to treat each celebration with the same dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism it deserves.
From 2024, we specialise in guiding couples on how to plan their weddings and navigate married life.
