The Stand alone Wedding Planning Session can help if there is one specific area of wedding planning that you are having trouble, falling behind with or simply wanting to discuss and hear an experts’ advice about.
Whether you wish to discuss your budget, venues & vendor recommendations, legal paperwork or something else, we are here to help.
This session is entirely bespoke and tailored to your own needs.
We can answer all your questions and direct you to correct path of wedding planning. The consultation is 90 minutes long and you get advice, tips and suggestions on your further wedding planning.
What you can expect:
An email with information about your call and how you can prepare yourself
90 minute long online video session where we review all of your wedding planning questions
We'll focus on the areas you need help with the most, for example: budget, guest list, legalities, ceremony planning, vendor selection & contracts, weather contingency plans… just to name a few
You'll walk away feeling calm and ready to plan the best event ever!
If one session is not enough, you can book another session.

III. Stand alone Wedding Planning Session

With this session we ensure the wedding design comes together in cohesive way.
Together we will create a mood board and a colour scheme, look at how to create a good event flow, see what you can do to maximise the space for your needs and talk about what type of products you need to bring in for your day to become everything you’ve ever dreamt of!

2 x 60 min design sessions
“Your story” questionnaire
Personalised mood board
Completely tailored concept design document
Layout plan for your venue
A guide on how to bring the design into every detail
The process from our first meeting to the finalised material usually takes 2-4 weeks.

IV. Concept Design Planning Session

You find yourself close to the big day but need help to tie it all together!
If you are ready to button up all the loose ends and just need to make sure nothing is forgotten.
Included:
Pre-meeting questionnaire
120 min Big Day Planning Session
Email templates to send to vendors
Day-of timeline (run sheet) creation
60 min session to review the timeline
Ideally, this service is booked to begin a month before the big day - minimum four days prior.
If booked with the wedding day less than four days away, a rush fee of 4,000 sek is added.

V. The Big Day Planning Session

Are you newly married and want to set yourselves up for the best start to your marriage? Or have you been married for years and feel like the relationship needs a boost?
During the Relationship boost Planning Session we talk about your current situation and discuss plans, changes and solutions to your questions, problems or concerns.
The session is ideally held with both partners present but it’s possible to book it as a one-on-one.

Our couples are either getting married in Scandinavia, planning a destination wedding while living in Sweden or have a connection to Sweden (one being Swedish or wishing to incorporate Swedish traditions/culture into the mix).

I recommend you give the Stand alone Planning Session as the couple is free to talk about what they need and is likely to be the most helpful.

I’ve consulted on weddings happening as soon as two weeks away and as far out as two years.

Unfortunately, we don't offer day-of coordination.
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator to help you on the day, I will happily save you some googling and reach out to my network of wedding coordinators and planners to see who’s available for your day.
I also frequently consult on weddings that have a coordinator on the vendor team; this works great too since often, those coordinators don’t start working until much closer to the wedding day and you have questions now.
Many times, couples buy the Wedding Planning Session Bundle from us and together we hand over the material to the day-of coordinator hired.
